Growth and Change
Just a quick update...
We moved last weekend to the new house. It was hellacious, but it's over and we are glad to be in our own place again. The unpacking is going slowly, but we are at least functional for now. It's been fun dreaming of all the things we would like to do to the house.
Ellie and Sarah seem to be adjusting well to their new place. Ellie chose the purple room for her bedroom. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem as asthetically pleasing to us so it will probably get an update in the near future. She has been having fun running all around the downstairs area making Andy and I chase her.
Sarah had her 4 month appointment yesterday and is doing well. She's a lunk, weighing in at 12 lbs and is 24 inches long. She tolerated her shots like a champ. We'll have to look back at the stats but it seems she may not be as petite as her older sister was. Sarah has really begun to grow up these last few weeks. She is able to hold her head high, roll on her side, grab at toys and pull them toward her, and she still loves to kick. She adores her big sister who is always making her laugh. It is so precious to watch the girls interact now. We have been introducing rice cereal and fruit lately and Sarah seems to love it. She "houses" it every night and spits very little out.
In some sad news, our Stinky Floyd was attacked by a wild animal last week. His remains were found in the park across from our house. The animal control officer seems to think it may have been a coyote. We have alot of good Floyd memories and will miss him very much.
We are planning to be in NY very soon and hope to see many of you then.
Sorry no pics this time, we don't have the computer up and running at home yet. Until next time...

Our condolences to you on Floyd's passing. It is sad and we are going to give Cubbie extra hugs today.
Congratulations to you on your new house! I am sure there is a lot of work to do, but we are very happy for you.
Hugs to the four of you and we hope to see you soon!
Love,
Janet, Dan and Harper
