Girls Just Wanna Have Fun....
Ellie and Sarah were lucky to have a visit just about two weeks ago with their cousin "Toria." Grandma E came, too. They made it here just in time for the blizzard and just as both Ellie and Sarah were getting over colds! All three blondies got along famously. They spent some time at the Butterfly Pavilion (thanks again, Aunt Lori and Uncle Roger) and both Ellie and Toria held Rosie the Tarantula. They made a snowman family one day. The next day, their faces fell off and new ones were painted on! All three girls had a great time at the Children's Museum climbing, playing firefighter, shopping, and painting some more. It was a great visit, and both Ellie and Sarah miss Cousin Toria and Grandma E already.
Except for the blizzard just over a week ago and some recent flurries, the weather has been very nice here. We have been trying to get out more and explore our surroundings now that the girls are a bit older. Several weeks ago, we headed up to Estes Park to check out the town and some of the scenery. We had lunch after a short jaunt across a frozen lake and then enjoyed some ice cream. The weather was beautiful and the girls had fun climbing rocks and tromping through the snow.
This weekend we will be spending some time with Big Grandma Teri and Little Papa Barney. We hope you enjoy the pics and short videos. Have a Happy Easter!
We also wanted to Congratulate Ade and Lisa who are expecting their first baby this Fall and Jesse and Courtney who recently welcomed a new baby boy into their growing family!
