Almost there! We're gearing up for a very special day...Christmas and little Sarah's 1st Birthday! It's very hard to believe that a whole year has passed us by already. It was a blur.

Sarah has been a hoot lately. She enjoys a good game of chase, she can stand on her own for a short time now and we are just waiting for those first few steps. She likes music alot, mostly making it. It's fun to watch her buzz over to the piano and reach really high just to press on a few keys then look back to see if anyone is watching or listening to her. She's a pretty good dancer, too. Sarah has mastered up and down the stairs and gets kick out of kissing us through the railing. She has the cutest "kissy face." The kissy face is also used to tell us that she wants what we are eating. The girl has a hearty appetite for food and fun.

Ellie is ready for Santa to bring her "alotta presents and alotta candy." She continues to surprise us with funny phrases and new words all the time. We returned the easel to the cluster in the dining room (now the toy room) and she has shown a great talent in drawing dogs and frogs.

We are looking forward to a joyous Christmas and a Happy New Year, and we wish the same to all of you.
