PUMPKINS!

We took the girls to a harvest festival last weekend but you could hardly call it a festival. It was pretty cold so many of the vendors did not show up. It was fine with us, though, because that meant no crowd. Ellie had a good time petting the animals, her favorite of which were the piglets. Sarah was kept bundled up in her stroller. She had a long day and was tired, anyway.

We also took the girls to the Pumpkin Patch this week. Ellie had a blast running through the fields getting her shoes muddy and checking out the pumpkins. Sarah enjoyed playing with the hay bales but did not appreciate our attempts to stuff her face in tiny holes for funny pictures.
