Sarah turns 9 Months!!

Our little Sarah-bear turned 9 months on Thursday and with that, there have been a few new milestones in the past week. Grandma and Papa came for a visit from Wyo last weekend and were able to experience Sarah's first real babbling. She started saying "da da da da da" out of the blue at the dinner table. Mommy was the first to hear it and no one believed her, but it wasn't long before Sarah was saying it again, and she has not stopped since. She does get in a few "na na's" and "ma ma's" on occasion. She has such a sweet little voice. Sarah also started to pull herself up and can stand while hanging on to something. She is so anxious to be like her wonderful big sister, but to us, she is just growing up too fast!

Ellie continues to be such a great big sister to Sarah and she is consistently cracking us up. Where she comes up with some of her humor, we'll never know but we hope she continues to be as creative and witty as she is now. Despite her comedic side, she can sometimes be really serious as well, like when she told us that she couldn't go to bed when it was late because she was the muffin man! We're still trying to figure that one out.

We had a good weekend with Grandma and Papa and are glad to have had the time to spend with them. Sarah seems to really like Papa's glasses and nose (which both took a good beating) and Ellie likes to hang out in the bathroom with Grandma putting on makeup and doing her hair- she is such a little chic. Hope you enjoy some of the recent pics!

Ellie, Harper loves your Mickey Mouse costume. Are you going to be Mickey for Halloween?
